General Admission Guidelines

Admissions to 11th and 12th Arts, Commerce, Science, and Computer Science are conducted as per the guidelines of the Deputy Director of Education, Pune Division. The process involves counseling to align courses with students’ interests and caliber.

प्रवेश प्रक्रिया: अकरावी आणि बारावी कला, वाणिज्य, विज्ञान आणि संगणक विज्ञान शाखांसाठी शिक्षण उपसंचालक, पुणे विभाग यांच्या मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वांनुसार आयोजित केली जाते. विद्यार्थ्यांच्या आवडी आणि क्षमतेनुसार अभ्यासक्रम निवडण्यासाठी समुपदेशन केले जाते.

Direct Admission (No Eligibility Certificate)

• Students who passed SSC from Maharashtra State Board.
• Students who passed the old SSC Examination of M.S.B.S.E.

• महाराष्ट्र राज्य मंडळाची एस.एस.सी. परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण झालेले विद्यार्थी.
• M.S.B.S.E. ची जुनी एस.एस.सी. परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण झालेले विद्यार्थी.

Admission with Eligibility Certificate

Students from other boards (e.g., ICSE, CBSE) or abroad must submit an eligibility certificate from M.S.B.S.H.S.E. at the time of admission.

इतर मंडळांमधून (उदा., ICSE, CBSE) किंवा परदेशातून येणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी प्रवेशाच्या वेळी M.S.B.S.H.S.E. चे पात्रता प्रमाणपत्र सादर करणे आवश्यक आहे.

Admission Requirements

• 11th Arts/Commerce: Open to SSC passers; follows Deputy Director’s guidelines.
• 11th Science: Minimum 40% in science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics & Statistics).
• 12th Arts: Open to students passing 11th Arts, Science, or Commerce from a recognized institute.
• 12th Commerce: Open to students passing 11th Science or Commerce.
• 12th Science: Open only to students passing 11th Science.

• अकरावी कला/वाणिज्य: एस.एस.सी. उत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी; शिक्षण उपसंचालक मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वांचे पालन.
• अकरावी विज्ञान: विज्ञान विषयांमध्ये (भौतिकशास्त्र, रसायनशास्त्र, जीवशास्त्र, गणित आणि सांख्यिकी) किमान 40% गुण.
• बारावी कला: अकरावी कला, विज्ञान किंवा वाणिज्य उत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी.
• बारावी वाणिज्य: अकरावी विज्ञान किंवा वाणिज्य उत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी.
• बारावी विज्ञान: फक्त अकरावी विज्ञान उत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी.

Required Documents

• Original + 2 copies of School Leaving Certificate.
• 2 copies of final exam mark sheet.
• 2 copies of updated Aadhaar card.
• 2 recent passport-size color photographs.
• Caste certificate (if applicable).
• Parents’ annual income certificate (latest year).
• Gap certificate (if academic gap exists).

• शाळा सोडल्याचा मूळ दाखला + 2 प्रती.
• अंतिम परीक्षेच्या गुणपत्रकाच्या 2 प्रती.
• अद्यावत आधार कार्डच्या 2 प्रती.
• 2 अलीकडील पासपोर्ट आकाराचे रंगीत फोटो.
• जातीचे प्रमाणपत्र (लागू असल्यास).
• पालकांचा नवीनतम वार्षिक उत्पन्नाचा दाखला.
• शैक्षणिक खंड प्रमाणपत्र (शैक्षणिक खंड असल्यास).

Additional Notes

All admissions are subject to seat availability and are temporary until finalized by M.S.B.S.H.S.E. No subject changes are permitted for 11th or 12th, and students must regularly check the notice board for updates.
