Key Responsibilities and Activities

• Examination Scheduling: Prepares and publishes detailed schedules for internal assessments and board exams, ensuring timely communication to students and faculty.
• Question Paper Management: Coordinates with subject experts to design question papers that align with the Maharashtra State Board syllabus.
• Invigilation: Assigns invigilators to maintain discipline and integrity during examinations.
• Result Processing: Compiles and verifies results, ensuring accuracy before announcement. The committee also facilitates the distribution of mark sheets.
• Grievance Redressal: Handles requests for revaluation, rechecking, and supplementary exams, providing clear guidelines to students.

In 2024, the committee successfully conducted HSC examinations with a 98% pass rate, with several students securing distinctions in Arts, Commerce, and Science streams. The committee also introduced digital result access for internal exams, streamlining the process for students. Regular workshops are conducted to train faculty on updated board guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality.

• परीक्षा वेळापत्रक: अंतर्गत मूल्यमापन आणि मंडळ परीक्षांसाठी तपशीलवार वेळापत्रक तयार करते आणि प्रकाशित करते, विद्यार्थी आणि प्राध्यापकांना वेळेवर माहिती सुनिश्चित करते.
• प्रश्नपत्रिका व्यवस्थापन: महाराष्ट्र राज्य मंडळाच्या अभ्यासक्रमाशी संरेखित प्रश्नपत्रिका तयार करण्यासाठी विषय तज्ञांशी समन्वय साधते.
• निरीक्षण: परीक्षेदरम्यान शिस्त आणि एकात्मता राखण्यासाठी निरीक्षक नियुक्त करते.
• निकाल प्रक्रिया: निकाल संकलित आणि सत्यापित करते, जाहीर करण्यापूर्वी अचूकता सुनिश्चित करते. समिती गुणपत्रिकांचे वितरण देखील सुलभ करते.
• तक्रार निराकरण: पुनर्मूल्यांकन, पुनर्तपासणी आणि पूरक परीक्षांसाठी विनंत्या हाताळते, विद्यार्थ्यांना स्पष्ट मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करते.

2024 मध्ये, समितीने HSC परीक्षा यशस्वीपणे आयोजित केल्या, ज्यामध्ये 98% यशस्वी दर होता, आणि अनेक विद्यार्थ्यांनी कला, वाणिज्य आणि विज्ञान प्रवाहांमध्ये विशेष प्रावीण्य मिळवले. समितीने अंतर्गत परीक्षांसाठी डिजिटल निकाल प्रवेश प्रणाली सुरू केली, ज्यामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी प्रक्रिया सुकर झाली. मंडळाच्या अद्ययावत मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वांवर प्राध्यापकांना प्रशिक्षण देण्यासाठी नियमित कार्यशाळा आयोजित केल्या जातात, ज्यामुळे अनुपालन आणि गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित होते.
